For over 20 years, Linda Bottero has been assisting others in finding their vital health, emotional stability and conscious awareness/illumination. Having the honor to care for and assist my Mother and then my husband during their end of life transitions from cancer, I was guided to share the awareness of the impact of our life style - food, activities, beliefs, patterns, etc.- has on our physical and spiritual bodies. I transitioned from a career in high tech international market research & homologation to my wholistic lifestyle and sharing of the tools I have found effective. It my joy to assist those who ask in establishing a healthy and happy life and consciously aligned spiritual connection to their Divine Eternal Essence.
I allow Source Energy to flow into myself and client to work from their Divine Essence Frequency and focus upon the intended session target allowing for the start or full release of the targeted discomfort or desired path shift. Whether it is physical, emotional, or mental the core is energy and all energy can shift and transmute with ease and grace. Based upon the client’s request, we jointly create the energetic and physical container to remove the discomfort. This allows the person to start or move forward on the journey of living a happier, more fulfilling life.

Prema Saraswati specializes in helping women, men and children heal from trauma and abuse using the highly effective methods of hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and spiritual healing. A survivor of the Communist genocide in Laos in the 1970’s, Prema overcame a lot of deep trauma and loss. She understands the effects trauma has on a person’s life, and more importantly, how to heal from them.Prema has helped many people make great breakthroughs and transformations for over 12 years. Her mission is to help as many people as she can to heal, be empowered and live a happy life.
Prema and her husband Jim moved to Yucca Valley from Orange County in 2022. She enjoys hiking, reading and playing pickleball and volleyball. A student of life, she is always learning and growing.

A Reiki Master since 1997, Brenda Littleton’s Reiki process, coupled with Jungian Therapy, has been successful in domestic violence shelters, suicide hot lines, hospice, working with military veterans with complex PTSD, grief, panic attacks & anxiety, sleep disorders, ADHD, anger management, and depression. She has presented papers documenting mitigation of self-harm/cutting addictions, using active imagination in combination with Reiki.
As an educator and counselor based in social justice, personal literacy, and depth psychology, Brenda has worked with thousands of students and clients, as they journeyed towards wholeness. Blending modalities of attachment theory, somatic healing, active imagination, dream work, restorative education, and place-based learning, she believes in the unquestionable link between the mind-body-spirit relationship for healing all wounds, whether they be somatic, emotional, or spiritual.
Integrating prior decades as a university program director of graduate studies, a clinical therapist for domestic violence and trauma recovery, working in schools as a behaviorist specialist, or coaching executives, creatives and entrepreneurs to reach their next horizon of goals, Littleton always holds the space to make conscious the unconscious, the art of what Carl Jung said is true healing.
